Meet Rose our newest veterinarian, Rose, Born in Dublin and raised in Co.Down Northern Ireland, Rose graduated from the University of Bristol veterinary college in July 2024. Following this she spent 7 months travelling throughout south east Asia with her partner Jeremy. After many months of adventure, she arrived in NZ in autumn 2025 and jumped straight into work as a veterinarian at Phoenix Animal Wellness.
Outside of work, you can find her trying new recipes, having a hoke at the local “op shops” and exploring the surrounding areas. Roses favourite thing about being a vet is that it enables her to facilitate owners helping their own pets. She feels very grateful to be working within this team and that she can provide a service within her new community!
