Phovia
Phovia is a novel way to manipulate the function of cells within the dermis and epidermis, to reduce inflammation and also accelerate regeneration.
It is a two-part system, comprising a LED lamp and a chromophore gel, used together, they produce multi-wavelength fluorescent light energy that can penetrate the skin to variable depths. Unlike other systems, Phovia is capable of triggering different beneficial responses at different levels.
We use the Phovia system on chronic wounds, and skin defects, we find it particularly useful in cases of chronic pododermatitis.
Imagyst
The Imagyst is a very smart bit of kit, it contains extremely high powered digital imaging software which captures an image of a blood film or a cytology sample then with a combination of artificial intelligence and digital access to international expert clinical pathologists. Usually we will have a diagnosis of a sample within 2 hours. This means if your pet comes into the clinic to have a lump removed we will usually have the sample analysed and the results in before your pet goes home.
Signalpet
This innovative software is a bit like having a consultant radiologist on site! Every X-ray we take is ‘read’ by this novel technology. This means that nothing is missed in a complicated case and our diagnosis can be confirmed immediately.
