Please ensure you have sent your vaccination book with your pet, and any details of changes to the vaccination program that you require.

Your pet will be given a full clinical examination and the findings recorded and sent back home with your pet, if we have any concerns we will call you, if we have any recommendations we will note them on the examination report.    

Health Issues

We highly recommend that if your pet is sick or injured that you accompany your pet to the clinic. If this is not possible it is imperative that you leave us a contact phone number where we can contact you AT ANY POINT TODAY. Failure to do this may endanger your pet and result in us being unable to treat your pet appropriately.
